Configure Menus

The Shopexcel theme supports a single menu on the site header. You can create and add menu either via the site dashboard or via the customizer.

Creating Menu from Customizer

1. Navigate to Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Core > Menus.
2. Click on Create New Menu button.
3. Enter Menu Name and select the Menu Location.
4. Click on Next.

5. Click Add Items to add items (pages, posts, categories, custom links…) to the Menu.
6. Click “+” icon on the items list to add the item to the menu.

7. Drag and Drop the added items to rearrange them.
8. Click Publish.

Creating Menu from Dashboard

1. Navigate to Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Menus.
2. Enter the Menu Name and click on Create Menu button.

3. Select the items from Pages, Posts, Custom Links, or Categories and click “Add to Menu”

4. Drag and Drop the added items to rearrange them.
5. Check the Menu Display location as Primary.

4. Finally, click on Save Menu.
